1. Export the recording and save it to Files
Sign in to zoom.us on your computer or in Safari, open the Recordings tab, and download the cloud recording — Zoom delivers it as an MP4. 3. Read the transcript, then summarize and translate
The transcript stays in the source language and is searchable and copyable — find the decision, not the timestamp. When the detected language differs from your preferred language, the app automatically translates and summarizes it into your preferred language in the same pass, so a meeting in any of 60+ languages lands in the language you read. Export the transcript as a PDF, or share a link encrypted with AES-256-GCM on your device: the decryption key lives in the URL hash, never on the server, and links expire after 24 hours.
Honest notes: Zoom's own transcript attributes speakers; Audio Notes AI does not, so for meetings where attribution matters, keep Zoom's transcript or note names yourself.
